Michigan Economic Development Corporation provides Government Procurement Opportunities through Business Opportunity Forums held in the community. Website: www.medc.michigan.org

Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) assists in providing MBE certification services for small business owners. The MMBDC coordinates and facilitate business relationships and procurement opportunities among MMBDC Minority Business Enterprises and Corporate members. The Michigan Minority Business Development Council www.mmbdc.com is a privately funded, non-profit, corporate services organization. It is comprised of major corporations and public entities in education, industry, finance, professional services, construction, consumer products and health care-organizations that are tapping into the emerging multicultural marketplace.

Southwest Michigan Community Action Agency (SMCAA) provides credit counseling services for individuals seeking to develop a small business.

Center for Empowerment and Economic Development (CEED): The Women's Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance serves as a partner with the Center for Empowerment and Economic Development www.miceed.org, the Michigan Women's Business Council (MWBC) and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) to assist women business owners with opportunities for Women's Enterprise Business Certification and access to private and government markets.

Michigan Works! provides facilities throughout Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties in order to accomodate the courses conducted by the Women's Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance. Additionally, they are providing space at their Dowagiac location for one-on-one counseling by the Women's Business Center. Website: www.michiganworks.org

Western Michigan University Southwest is providing their state-of-art new Southwest facility located on the campus of Lake Michigan College for presentations, seminars, and classes of the Women's Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance.
