Margaret Adams is the Business Developer Program Manager of Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance, one of three in Michigan. Margaret and her team work with entrepreneurs to launch their start-ups, and existing businesses to grow to the next level. Margaret joined Cornerstone Alliance in 1999 where she has supported all aspects of small business and since 2004 has headed the Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance.

Margaret has her certification as Small Business Counselor from the Academy of Small Business Consultants at Grand Valley State University. In 2012, Margaret was awarded the Small Business Administration’s Michigan Women Business Champion of the Year Award.

Margaret lives in Benton Harbor, MI and when not helping entrepreneur, she caters special events in the community.

 

Patricia Flourry

Patricia Flourry has been part of the Cornerstone Alliance team since 2009. She greets guests and ensures that the operational resources of the office are working efficiently. Patricia provides support to the Women’s Business Center by assisting clients in the business center, and facilitating their ongoing workshops and seminars. Patricia also leads the document management protocol of the organization.

Patricia has a strong background in records management and customer service. She received her Associates degree in Applied Business from Lake Michigan College.

Patricia lives in Benton Harbor, MI with her family.

 

Dubelsa Mata-Garcia

Dubelsa Mata-Garcia joined the Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance as a Business Developer in 2013. She provides business start-up counseling and early-stage operational support to potential and current small business entrepreneurs in the tri-county service area of Berrien, Cass and Van Buren with an emphasis in engaging the Spanish speaking community.

Dubelsa is from south Texas and has been in Michigan’s Great Southwest since 2007. Dubelsa found her passion in talent development and career counseling in the non-profit sector.

Dubelsa lives in South Haven, MI with her husband and three children.
