Business owners interested in selling their business, and those interested in buying one, should plan to join us for an informative morning on Saturday, May 20th.

Learn the factors to considering when putting your business up for sale, and how different buyers could affect your sale. Equally important, learn how to determine the value of a business from both the seller’s and the buyer’s perspective.  Knowing how to value of a business helps you to negotiate through mergers and acquisitions, and is the key to the selling process.

Your business is likely the single most valuable asset you own. This workshop will look at the causes, and practical solutions for selling your business; including:
