WBC Advisory Council

The Women's Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance Advisory Council is comprised of business professionals who provide guidance, technical assistance and advocacy for the WBC.

Judee Hopwood, Chair
Williamson Employment Services, Inc.

Judee Hopwood is President and Owner of Williamson Employment Services, a full service staffing company with office in Michigan and Indiana. Williamson Employment Services is a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise. Judee is the current Chair of the Women’s Business Center Advisory Council and has been an active member since 2008. She received her MBA from Western Michigan University in 20014. Judee serves as the Secretary of the Executive and Professional Women’s Association Board, and is a member of the CASA for Children Executive Board, and an active member of the American Staffing Association and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

Gloria Ender
Freedom Finishing Inc.

Gloria Ender is the President and CEO of Operations at Freedom Finishing. She served as the first Chair of the Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance in 20014, and has been involved in the WBC Advisory Council from the beginning.
Gloria serves on the Boys and Girls Club Board, the Lake Michigan Foundation Board, Berrien County Manufacturing Council.
She is bi-lingual and has translated for local police departments. Gloria enjoys golf, dance, cooking and stand up boarding on the lake.
Brian McMahon
Kreis, Enderle, Hudgins & Borsos

Brian McMahon is an attorney at Kreis Enderle law firm in St. Joseph, Michigan.
He joined the Women’s Business Center Advisory Council in 2014.
He serves as a board member for Legal Aid of West Michigan; the Cornerstone Chamber; Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce and Michiana Public Broadcasting Corp (WNIT).
Erica Molden
1st Source Bank

Erica is a Branch Manager at 1st Source Bank where she oversees day-to-day operations, business development, and community outreach for two banking centers. She earned her B.B. A. from Walden University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Erica joined the WBC Advisory Council in 2014.
She serves on the Lincoln Township Community Fun Day Committee, and is a member of the Berrien Springs Public Schools PTO. She enjoys coaching softball and camping.
Katie Montoya
Berrien County Community Development

Catherine or Katie works at the Berrien County Community Development Department as Assistant Director/Housing Coordinator.
Katie in addition to being a member of the WBC Advisory council also serves on the Events Planning Committee.
Katie has her B.S. in Geography from Ohio University and a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
She enjoys attending cultural events, playing music and spending time with her family.
Patricia Muellen
Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce

Patricia serves as Director for the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce She received her Associates Degree from Glen Oaks Community College. Patricia joined the WBC Advisory Council in 2016. She serves on the Southwest Michigan Junior Achievement Marketing Committee, and the Coming Home-Coming Together Committee.

Patricia enjoys spending time with her pets and working on her home in Benton Harbor with her husband.
Kim Richardson
1st Source Bank

Kimberly Richardson serves as 1st Source Bank’s VP, Retail Sales Manager of Cass and Berrien County.
Kim has been part of the Women’s Business Center Advisory Council for 8 years; six of which she served as the Chairman
Kim currently serves as treasurer of United Way, Southwest Michigan, is a career success instructor for Junior Achievement, and sits on the Consumer Advisory Council for Area Agency on Aging.
According to Kim, her family is her priority.
Jim Roberts
Jim Roberts Enterprises

Jim is the CEO of Jim Roberts Enterprises LLC, a management consulting company, and Jim Roberts – Centennial Securities Advisory Services LLC, a registered investment advisory company.

In addition to serving on the WBC Advisory Council, Jim is currently serving on the Boards for Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council; the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation, and Michiana Junior Achievement.

Jacquelyn Warwick
Andrews University

Dr. Jacquelyn Warwick is Professor of Marketing, Enactus, Co-Advisor at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. She earned her PH.D. from Texas A&M University, MBA Texas University and BBA from University of Puget Sounds.
Dr. Warwick has served on the Women’s Business Center Advisory Council since 2013. In her role on the council, she has marketing students from various classes at Andrews University work with WBC businesses to develop marketing and promotional plans.
Dr. Warwick is a member of the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce, Berrien Springs “Kindle Your Christmas Spirit” planning committee, and Berrien Springs Garden Forum officer.
Tyanna Weller
Four Flags Chamber of Commerce

Tyanna Weller is the President and CEO of the Four Flags Chamber of Commerce in Niles, Michigan. She works to retain membership and attraction along with events all focused on creating a better community for businesses. She received her B.A. from Marquette University.
Tyanna has been a member of the Women’s Business Center Advisory Council since 2014.
She currently serves on the Berrien County Department of Health and Human Services Board, the Lakeland Foundation Board and the Southwest Michigan Economic Growth Alliance Board as well as the Downtown Development Authority Board, and the Four Flags Plaza Board.
Tyanna enjoys being part of her kids’ activities including soccer, swimming, dance, and their dogs.
Becky Young
Edward Jones

Becky Young is a financial advisor at Edward Jones, St. Joseph, Michigan. She has been on the Women’s Business Center Advisory Council since 2015. Becky coaches and is a coordinator for Miracle League, a baseball program from special needs children and adults), she is a parent volunteer for Coloma Athletics and has served as President, BNI.
