Microloans - Cornerstone Alliance Small Business Services provides credit to small businesses requiring small-scale financing that do not have access to loans from commercial sources. The average Microloan is $10,500. Our Microloan Program provides loans to start-up, newly established, or growing small businesses in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties. SBA 504 Loan Program - a place to go for a business expansion loan. So you've gone through the first hurdle of starting and building your own business? The U.S. Small Business Administration's 504 Loan Program is a loan guarantee program that can be used only for purchasing equipment and other assets, expanding or improving an existing facility, or purchasing real estate and building a new facility. Through a partnership with Lakeshore 504, Cornerstone Alliance Small Business Services offers 504 financing locally. Loans are reviewed by a local loan committee based at Cornerstone Alliance.
